Although the lash lift & tint is very low maintenance, we strongly encourage each client to read and understand the Pre-Care and After-Care instructions. They will help ensure beautiful, long lasting results.  Feel free to email with any questions! 

PRECARE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Avoid any lash growth serums 48 hours prior to service.

  • Please do not wear ANY mascara to appointment.

  • Please do not wear contacts to appointment.

AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Do not get lashes wet 24 hours after service.

  • Please avoid any lash growth serums 48 hours after service.

  • Please do not wear mascara for 24 hours after service. ​

  • Please avoid sleeping on your face the night of service.

 POLICIES

CLIENTS UNDER 18 YEARS OLD  

Clients 16&17 years old are welcome, as long as they are accompanied by a parent. Parent will have to sign off on consent forms, giving underage client permission. Clients under 16 years old can not be serviced.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

Please contact us if you think you are going to be late. Being more than 15 minutes late to your appointment may result in the forfeit of your deposit & cancellation of appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. Please keep in mind we will not rush the process for you or clients scheduled after you. Running late increases stress on the client as well, myself, and runs over into other clients appointments. We want this to be a calm and enjoyable experience. Plan for traffic/weather and parking especially on nights and weekends.

NO SHOW POLICY 

If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, all future appointments will require a full deposit for the service scheduled.  Cancellation is required within 24 hours of your appointment time. 

REFUNDS 

We do not provide refunds. The cost of the service includes employees time, materials used, facility fees, and products provided regardless of the results. Under absolutely no circumstances will a refund be provided or negotiated. We will however do everything in our power to determine if you're a good candidate for lash lift & tint PRIOR to the procedure.

PHOTOS

All clients must have photos taken before, during, and after the procedure. The photos assist in measuring and checking brow symmetry and shape.  Additionally, they're required for documentation, insurance and records. They are also helpful as a reference for future appointments. The photos may, or may not, be used for marketing and advertising on social media.  If you're not comfortable with that, please let me know.  I would refrain from posting!
