MICROBLADING POLICIES

RESULTS VARY/NO GUARANTEES

It is impossible to predict exactly how your final brows will look. I am able to give you an idea based on experience, the understanding of skin type & results other clients have experienced. I can give you the best advice and instructions for proper aftercare to get the best results possible.  It is the client's responsibility to follow them as closely as possible.  Pre-care and after-care are very very important!​​

DEPOSIT

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure all appointments. This is subtracted from the total cost. The remainder of the cost is due at your appointment. If you will be more than 15 minutes late, please call to let me know.  It is likely I will have a client appointment after yours, in which case you would have to reschedule, thus forfeiting your $50 deposit. A new deposit will be required for the next appointment.  

8 WEEKS ARE REQUIRED between INITIAL APPOINTMENT and COMPLIMENTARY TOUCH UP

This is the time required for the eyebrows to completely heal and for the color to absorb completely.

TOUCH-UPS

Additional touch-ups may be necessary for the results you're seeking. It is difficult to predict just how long the procedure will last, in that everyone's skin type is different.

NEW CLIENTS

If you feel you need more touch-ups to complete your desired look you must contact the studio WITHIN 3 MONTHS of your last appointment for reduced pricing of $125, anything beyond this time is considered a full price touch-up, no exceptions. Reduced pricing can be honored only once before a full price touch up is applied.

PREVIOUSLY MICROBLADED BROWS

For those of you that have had your brows microbladed, please let me know prior to booking an appointment.  I'll likely ask to see your current brows, typically via pictures, which you can send via text or email. I will need to approve the service prior to you scheduling your appointment. If you arrive to your appointment without prior notice of your previous microblading, I do reserve the right to refuse services.  In that case, you would forfeit your $50 deposit.

NO CHILDREN, BABIES, TODDLERS.  

Illinois State law does not allow anyone 18 years or younger in the studio during the microblading procedure.  If a guest under 18 years of age is brought the appointment, I would request you reschedule for another day and you would forfeit your $50 deposit.   

RESCHEDULING/CANCELATION POLICY

24 hours prior to the time of your appointment is required if you must reschedule your appointment to losing your $50 deposit. If you reschedule with less than 24 hours notice we are obligated to collect your deposit and reschedule. Repeat rescheduling of appointments will require additional $50 deposit and will require that any and all future services scheduled  by the client are prepaid in full for the service scheduled, required within 24 hours or the appointment will be automatically cancelled.  

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

Please contact us if you think you are going to be late. Being more than 15 minutes late to your appointment may result in the forfeit of your deposit & cancellation of appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. Please keep in mind we will not rush the process for you or clients scheduled after you. Running late increases stress on the client as well, myself, and runs over into other clients appointments. We want this to be a calm and enjoyable experience. Plan for traffic/weather and parking especially on nights and weekends.

NO SHOW POLICY 

If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment you forfeit any deposit and all future appointments require an additional deposit with prepayment in full for the service scheduled.  Cancellation is required within 24 hours of your appointment time. 

REFUNDS 

We do not provide refunds. The cost of the service includes employees time, materials used, facility fees, and products provided regardless of the results. Under absolutely no circumstances will a refund be provided or negotiated. We will however do everything in our power to determine if you're a good candidate for microblading PRIOR to the procedure.

PHOTOS

All clients must have photos taken before, during, and after the procedure. The photos assist in measuring and checking brow symmetry and shape.  Additionally, they're required for documentation, insurance and records. They are also helpful as a reference for future appointments. The photos may, or may not, be used for marketing and advertising on social media.  If you're not comfortable with that, please let me know.  I would refrain from posting!
